General Job Description:
The Secretary to the Managing Director provides comprehensive administrative support, including travel arrangements, calendar management, translation, document preparation, meting coordination, acting as a liaison, maintaining organized files, and handling various administrative and ad hoc tasks.

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director which includes but not limited to travel arrangement, visas, accommodation and reimbursement
  • Manage and maintain the Managing Director's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and minutes for meeting
  • Perform Chinese-English and English-Chinese translation work both spontaneously and in writing
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents in both English and Chinese.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and other events
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and electronic documents
  • Handle any other administrative tasks or special projects as assigned by the Managing Director
  • Performing all tasks assigned and other ad hoc tasks

    Requirement:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese, English, and Thai
  • Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably with experience supporting senior executives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • 3 years above experience in supporting management level for all administrative and secretarial functions.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
