Senior Associate - Tariffs
Key Responsibilities
- Input tariffs and quotations into NxG based on provided data.
- Update job details and statuses in the Poseidon system.
- Confirm completion of tasks with relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate any delays or issues promptly to supervisors.
- Assist with additional tasks as directed by the team lead.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years in pricing, costing, or logistics, ideally with a freight forwarding company.
- Proficient in English and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Organized, detail-focused, and deadline-driven.
- Previous experience with Cargo Wise or a multinational company is a plus.
