Responsibilities
Manage Trademark Portfolios:

Oversee comprehensive trademark prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement for key clients.
Handle complex trademark disputes and enforcement actions.

Draft and Review Advice:

Prepare and review comprehensive legal advice on all aspects of trademark protection. This encompasses both non-contentious and contentious work, including providing opinions and recommendations on trademark oppositions, cancellation actions, and preparing or reviewing contracts and agreements related to trademark matters.

Stay Updated:

Stay current with changes in trademark law and industry trends to identify and leverage opportunities for enhancing trademark protection strategies and services.
Develop market and client insight.

Qualifications:

At least 5 years' experience as an Attorney in Intellectual Property.
LL.B. or higher from reputable university (specialized training in IP laws is preferred).
Thai lawyer's license is a plus.
Excellent command of English in both oral and writing.
A positive attitude and teamwork skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to details.
