Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage payroll and salary adjustments.
- Oversee bonus and increment programs.
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Support recruitment with compensation offers.
- Handle reporting and documentation.
Recruitment:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding.
- Source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Employee relations:
- Build and maintain employee relations and engagement.
- Conduct investigations and recommend solutions.
- Oversee employee discipline and performance improvement processes.
- Promote a healthy work environment and culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Project improvement:
- Identify and implement improvements in HR processes and systems.
- Lead HR projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Provide recommendations for improving HR policies and employee experiences.
- Prepare reports on project outcomes and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in human resource management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and employment laws.
- Proven recruitment experience and ability to attract top talent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in HR software and tools.
