Key Responsibilities

• Advocate for clients at all court levels-hearings, trials, appeals, and arbitration.
• Prepare and deliver compelling oral arguments; examine and cross-examine witnesses; present evidence.
• Negotiate settlements and manage alternative dispute resolution when advantageous.
• Conduct in-depth fact investigations to support robust legal strategies.
• Develop, monitor, and adjust case plans with clear timelines and milestones.
• Perform strategic analyses of legal risks and adapt tactics accordingly.
• Independently manage multiple complex cases, ensuring high-quality deliverables within deadlines.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and legal assistants, providing guidance and performance feedback.
• Oversee quality control for all legal work, including witness preparation and document review.
• Execute directives from the Board of Directors and report regularly on case progress.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align litigation strategies with firm objectives.
• 
  Act as primary client contact, delivering tailored advice and regular updates.

Qualifications

• LL.B. or J.D. degree, admitted to practice in Thailand.
• 
  At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or in-house legal team, with a strong track record in commercial and civil litigation.
• 
  Proven courtroom advocacy and negotiation skills.
• 
  Exceptional analytical, strategic planning, and case-management abilities.
• 
  Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-management competencies.
• 
  Fluent in English; proficiency in Thai legal terminology essential.
