Application Specialist-SAP Senior Officer - IT Application Specialist, SAP
Primary responsibilities (SAP ERP):
- Liaison with key business user in driving SAP application development project and hands-on support an application CRs and its resolution in SAP.
- Advocate in the creation of SAP user requirement, detailed specification, work according to those requirements and specifications (BRD).
- Provide daily support to SAP business users in diagnostic and figure out their SAP problem.
- Provide active coordination in driving SAP change request and development in align to business needs.
- Tests, troubleshoots, corrects, utilize diagnostic tools and utilities to resolve SAP application problems.
- Provide escalation of SAP issue and works with vendor and key SAP user for solution/system testing as well as proof/dispatch the resolution where needed.
- Answers queries and resolve issues with applications and escalates or closes SAP relevant tickets as necessary.
- Works with other IT staffs, vendors, or contractors to resolve problems and provide SAP application consultation and assistance with planning activities and end user support.

Secondary responsibilities (Applications):
- Work with business user to identify Non-SAP application requirement and create BRD.
- Coordinate the change management in and drive the implementation until the completion.
- Co-work with vendor to fix application problem Ex. Sales tools, Backoffice applications, RPA, CRM, HRMS and Marketing application.
- Assist the IT-BP Mgr. In driving future application project implementation until delivery.
- Perform Non-SAP application support and maintenance based on assignment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT or relevant field
- Proven 3-5 experience of SAP support and maintenance.
- Full life cycle of SAP maintenance and support experience is a must with module of FI, CO, MM, PP and SD.
- Experience in full loop IT application implementation and support are advantage.
- Strong in SAP functional module and application project management skill with ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem determination and good analytical skills
- Problem-solving aptitude with "Can Do" attitude.
