Job Description:

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Manage Company Safety, Security, Health and Environment procedure and programs.
• Ergonomics
• Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Machine Safety Concept & Safety equipment and implementation, this knowledge is quite technical details (the reason to search the candidate who should graduated the Safety Engineering
• Manage the performance/ certification of the Quality Systems
• Develop and Manage Safety training program for employees.
• Implement performance standard, benchmarks and KPIs that allow accurate measurement of performance.
• Provide guidance and technical support to management regarding safety
• To follow up company policy and promote company activities such as ISO, 5S and Other Activities to be achieved the company objectives.
• To perform any other task that assigned by superior and management
• Develop, implement, and enforce health and safety policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for employees and contractors.
• Maintain safety records including incident reports, inspection logs, and safety meeting minutes.
• Ensure availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with all statutory safety requirements.
• Monitor and ensure proper implementation of emergency preparedness plans.
• Promote a strong safety culture through employee engagement and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Safety Health and Occupational

• Good in English communications and presentation skills

• Experience in ISO 45001
• Experience in Heavy Industry
• Able to drive
• Proactive
