• Set sales targets for products, forecast sales, and manage the sales team to achieve the established short-term, medium-term, and long-term goals.
• Develop and plan sales and marketing strategies, as well as solve issues that arise to successfully close sales, reporting to the managing director monthly.
• Analyze and compile the various operations of the sales team to enable effective planning and tracking.
• Present work reports, sales forecasts, and performance results to the managing director weekly.
