Job Description:

Identify and source suitable suppliers for hardline products, including hand tools, auto parts, auto tools, hardware, fasteners, and steel rod items.
Specialize in product development, cost analysis, production planning, and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and factories.
Conduct market trend surveys and drive the development of new products.
Develop and promote new products to customers to meet sales targets and provide quotations.
Negotiate purchasing terms and costs with vendors/suppliers to meet buyer requirements.
Independently manage vendor and factory relationships while collaborating with sales and/or buyers.
Evaluate and select potential suppliers by assessing their capabilities and facilities.
Monitor on-time delivery, vendor performance, and product quality.
Present products to buyers through samples and displays during visits.
Source products, make offers, and prepare itineraries for buyers.
Handle other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Requirements:

Over 5 years of experience in trading for the US/Europe market.
In-depth understanding of hardline products, such as hand tools, auto parts, auto tools, hardware, fasteners, and steel rod items.
Educational background: University/college degree, with familiarity in export operations. A mechanical or engineering background is preferred.
Fluency in English (speaking, writing, listening, and reading).
Strong commitment to the job, with the ability to travel for business (both local and international).
Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Must be a team player, energetic, well-organized, able to work under pressure, and open to taking on challenging tasks.
