Responsibilities:
- Develop standard software applications for the entire life-cycle.
- Document programming algorithm, database structure design and coding strategies.
- Test and debug applications based on IT department standard.
- Interact with users to analyze needs and assist with solutions when possible.
- Control quality of software and process in team according to the standard.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related
- 7+ years of an experience in System Analyst & Programming
- Good in both written and spoken English
- Skill in SQL, HTML, PHP, Javascript, VB, ASP programming
- Flexible to work both individual or in a small team
