Service Sales Engineer (Pulp & Paper)

Job Description:

• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new business opportunities

• Provide primary customer service support by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

• Execute marketing and sales activities to drive business growth and meet sales targets

• Act as the main communication bridge between local customers and the company's headquarters in Europe

• Prepare and submit monthly market reports with insights on industry trends and competitive activity

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the pulp & paper industry, or from a chemical supplier with a strong understanding of pulp & paper processes

• Experience working with kraft pulp mills is a strong advantage

• Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings and reports with overseas teams

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle
