Responsibility

  • Lead and supervise a team of 15-20 members on the shift, ensuring efficient production in the dough room, bakery, and packaging areas.
  • Monitor and achieve daily KPIs for safety, quality, scrap reduction, and production targets.
  • Manage start-ups and changeovers, adjusting schedules for unforeseen absences.
  • Optimize productivity by coordinating team rotations and approving overtime as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with the Lotus Excellence Program and company standards.
  • Oversee machinery operation, intervening to prevent disruptions.
  • Decide when to escalate technical issues or quality non-conformities.
  • Perform minor technical interventions during equipment malfunctions.
  • Identify and report equipment malfunctions and abnormalities.


Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in motivating teams within a production environment, preferably food manufacturing.
  • Experience in FDA-regulated environments, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
  • Familiar with industry standards like FSSC22000, IFS, or BRC.
  • Hands-on expertise in inspections, quality control, and ensuring product quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Proficient in English.
