Key Responsibilities:

Test Planning and Design:

Understand and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Design and create test cases and scripts to address business and technical use cases

Test Execution:

Conduct manual and automated testing of web and mobile applications.
Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using tracking tools like JIRA or others.

Collaboration:

Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and integrity of the software.
Participate in requirement discussions, code reviews, and provide input on software design.

Reporting and Documentation:

Document and report test results and provide recommendations and assessments of software quality.
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degrees in computer science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
3 years in Software Tester role.
Knowledge of banking products and Banking Industry and Finance
Proven experience as a Software Tester or similar role in software development.
Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Postman) and bug tracking systems.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices.
Proven experience in creating, executing, and maintaining test cases, including test plans and strategies.
Ability to understand software requirements and specifications.
Experience with software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
