Job Purpose
Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, developing new market strategies and objectives to expand customer base. To obtaining new business, customer service and satisfaction and work close with team to meet client expectation.

Roles & responsibilities:

Financial Management

  • To support Branch Manager to achieve financial targets.
  • Assist Manager in Performance driven to achieve Budget assigned.
  • Play important role in maximizing OUP Branch, GP Branch and Perm ROI

Sales/Business Development and Pricing

  • Responsible for team and personal target assigned.
  • Build up brand awareness.
  • Develop Sales Growth by identifying new opportunity in acquires new business from new clients especially in executive searching.
  • Conduct corporate sales & service presentations and support branch manage and job order manage for consultants.
  • Conduct market analysis to generate leads and maintain competitive awareness.
  • Negotiate rates and fees, close deals.
  • Networking with clients, team and group networked branches.
  • Write weekly figures and reports.

Client Management

  • Analyze client's needs and come up with recommended solutions and deliver to them.
  • Engage and implement Client Relationship Management including Customer service delivery models and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Client Visits - build relationships and review branch performance.
  • Get JOs and support team to engage with the client and build strong relationship with client.
  • Follow up client issue such as needs, complain, and provide a quality of services to client.
  • Interact with the clients to understand the requirements and qualified client's requirements to consultant then support consultant and client on progress.
  • Oversee the process with both client and consultant to ensure the progress is meet time flame.
  • Promote company's image and services whilst sourcing for new clients.
  • Use all resources to reduce the recruitment timeline as much for the company's outstanding service

Candidate Management and Administrator

  • Gain loyalty from candidates.
  • Give business & sales development support to consultant as needed.
  • Branch communication - encourage respect and open communication.
  • Weekly review with Branch Manager; discuss task delegation and review issues.
  • Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate daily and weekly figures, as required.
  • Complete all assigned report.

Qualifications:

  • Over 3 years experienced in business development or sales.
  • Strong client relationship management and development aptitude, preferable to communicate at senior management level.
  • At least bachelor's degree in related field
  • Professional in Microsoft Office operation
  • Proficiency in English, interpersonal and possess solid communication and presentation skill.
