Job Description:
- Facilitate the alignment of Chinese corporate clients with appropriate retail and office spaces.
- Partner with architects, contractors, and key stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Determine project scope, objectives, and deliverables in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct negotiations and finalize contracts with vendors and suppliers.
- Deliver consistent project progress updates and reports to senior management.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
- Demonstrated success as a Project Manager within the retail real estate sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in the Chinese language (HSK5).
