Responsibilities

Participate in developing the maintenance plan with the head of department.
Follow up the maintenance plan for Utility and all assignment to be aligned with the plan.
Initiate the working process of department to be well aligned with the maintenance department.
Verified and checked the work of maintenance department as assigned from the department of maintenance.
Control and follow up with the plan of maintenace based on the policy.
Initiate the solutions in maintenance department which will be able to prevent the problem to happen again.
Able to manage and take care of people in the department.
Control and coordinate with the supplier as needed.
Control and coordinate about safety internally and externally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
Strong Experience about utility system in Manufacturing industry such as HVAAC system
Good command in English (TOEIC score is a plus)
Able to work under pressure
Strong interpersonal Skills
