  • Responsibilities:

    • Team Leadership: Manage, motivate, and train a team of 5-7 staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
    • Customer Service and Conflict Resolution: Ensure high-quality customer service, effectively handle customer complaints, returns, and defective goods issues.
    • Sales Process Management: Organize and oversee the sales process to maximize performance and ensure planned targets are met or exceeded.
    • Compliance and Standards: Ensure adherence to company rules and standards, including cash handling and discipline, store appearance, and employee conduct.
    • Financial Management: Perform regular cash collection, manage the store's cash flow, and handle daily accounting tasks in accordance with local standards.
    • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks, oversee product movement, and monitor stock levels to maintain accurate inventory records.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit timely reports on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational issues; analyze sales data and service quality to identify areas for improvement.
    • Administrative Responsibilities: Promptly address administrative and economic issues, ensuring smooth store operations and efficient problem-solving.
    • Product Knowledge and Store Maintenance: Ensure the store's appearance meets brand standards and that product displays are engaging and well-organized.

    Qualifications:

    • Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1-C2 level).
    • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in managing a facility such as a store, café, or workshop.
    • Team Management: Proven experience in leading and training a team, with a focus on employee motivation and development.
    • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting practices relevant to the local market; experience in inventory management and POS systems.
    • Analytical and Reporting Skills: Ability to interpret sales data and produce comprehensive reports to guide operational decisions.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
