Store Manager
Salary Range: Base 45-60K + Commission + Incentive
Bonus: Depend on performance (Avg 8.33% of annual salary)

Report: Head of Retail

Working day/time: 6 days/week.
Location: Jungceylon/Phuket

Responsibilities:
Strategically manage and promote sales culture within a Retail Store to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability.

• Qualifications:
  Education:
• Bachelor's degree or minimum vocational certificate graduation education
• Minimum age 30 years old.
  
  Professional:
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in service industrial preferably in apparel & footwear.
• Experience working for international company.
• Proven track record in individual sales & MSP score in the past.
