Scope of work
- Collect data and analyze to create the System Requirements Specification (SRS) report.
- Design the system, database, and ER Diagram, and create design documentation.
- Prepare development documents and assign tasks to programmers according to organizational standards.
- Conduct system testing and report issues for programmers to resolve.
- Install the system and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with the team.
- Monitor and control system development to ensure it follows the plan.
- Report progress, advancements, and issues to supervisors and project managers.
- Coordinate and maintain good relationships with clients/stakeholders to achieve project goals.
Responsibilities
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a System Analyst , Business Analyst or in a related role.
Skills
- Knowledge Design API , Design Spec and etc.
- English Speaking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT service provider for BFSI sector.
