Talent Acquisition Manager

Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Planning

  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified professionals.
  • Manage job requisitions, descriptions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clearly define role requirements and achieve efficient hiring outcomes.

Recruitment Management

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Use data-driven insights to track recruitment performance and continuously improve processes.
  • Build and sustain a strong pool of potential candidates, both passive and active.

Onboarding & Employee Retention

  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process to integrate new hires effectively into the company.
  • Work alongside HR to develop initiatives aimed at retaining employees and supporting their long-term growth.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

  • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
  • Showcase the company's culture, values, and growth opportunities to enhance employer branding.

Metrics & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Analyze hiring data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Over 7 years of experience in HR with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
  • Proven ability in managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and talent management initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptable mindset with a proactive approach to exploring new solutions.
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • High proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken.
