Talent Management Manager (HRD-Training-Development)
Qualification required:

  • All genders are welcome Age: 32-37 years
  • Reports to Senior HR Manager (Khun Oil - female 40 years old)
  • Team members: 2 people (1 Senior, 1 Junior)
  • Need candidates from Global / Multinational Manufacturing companies with specializing in HRD / Training / Learning / Development
  • English: Communication to Good level
  • Dynamic, outgoing, flexible, and creative personality
  • Active and adaptive personality
  • Open to candidates from various business backgrounds, but preferably someone from a manufacturing environment
  • Preference for candidates who exhibit an extroverted energy.
  • Preference candidate who live and can work in Rayong (Nearby company) will be a plus.


Job Scope:

  • Execution of training plans and strategy in coordination with HODs, external vendors, and internal teams
  • Setting measurement, KPIs, strategic plans, and action plans thru HR Development areas.
  • Training & Development system and tools
  • Learning & Development system and tools
  • Preparation of training programs
  • GAP analyst for functional and competencies skills to implement action plan.
  • Successful talent management planning (succession planning, career path planning, individual development plan)


Welfare & Benefits:

  • Work Location: Rayong - 337/1 WHA Rayong Industrial Estate, Nong Lalok Subdistrict Ban Khai District, Rayong Province 21120 (WHA, Rayong)
  • Working day: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • Base salary: THB 65,000 - 70,000 / Month depending on working experience.
  • Housing Allowance: THB 5,700 /Month
  • Performance bonus: Fix 1 month + Variable 2-2.5 months
  • Medical insurance: Provided
  • Life insurance: 24 times of salary
  • Provident fund: Yes (Max 15%)
  • Annual salary adjustment: Yes, follow company policy with company and employee performance.
