Technical Services Specialist APAC - Colorant and Pigmen Position:
Responsibilities: Technical Services Specialist is a profession in technical representative that focuses on product (colorant and pigmen) specification throughout its application and determines new development range and technical aspects.

• To ensure TSR delivers the right product at the right time to maximize their commercial value.
• To work on the technical development of products, support business opportunities and provide technical determination to promote product deployment including maintain awareness on competing products.
• Cover the technical aspects in colorant and pigmen ranges and applications.
• Demonstrate product functionality, accuracy and completely.
• Follow up current or new project / product development.
• Build technical tools and provide knowledge including application training for current and new products focusing on TSR.
• Creates training materials to enhance TSR knowledge and capability, including Sales.
• Assist Technical Service Manager in developing the competency of new TSR.
• Support and attend troubleshooting on technical aspects.
• Work cooperatively with TSR to capture customer requirements and suggest appropriate product revision.
• Co-ordinate together with TSR related to Product and Application Training.
• Remain in compliance with company guidelines and values at all times.
• Support R&D on product design for new applications majority is diversification.

Education and Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or Master degree of Science / Engineering in Organic Chemistry / Analytical Chemist / Polymer Science / Chemical Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years in Technical Service field in Colorant and Pigmen or Polymer Industry.

• Independent and ready to travel in Asia.
• Good written and spoken English is important.
• Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
