Responsibility
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate a team of technicians across all shifts.
- Monitor and oversee daily technician activities to ensure KPIs (safety, quality, scrap reduction, inspection plan completion, and production targets) are met or exceeded.
- Manage start-up procedures and changeovers to new formats effectively.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the team to ensure high performance.
- Monitor the proper operation of machinery, intervening as necessary to prevent disruptions and ensure smooth production.
- Make decisions on when to escalate technical issues or quality non-conformities.
- Perform technical interventions during equipment malfunctions and manage troubleshooting activities.
- Analyze, report, and resolve technical malfunctions, abnormalities, and inefficiencies in equipment.
- Work closely with planners to develop and implement an effective preventive maintenance plan.
- Contribute to the development of maintenance programs and identify improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and motivating a maintenance team in a food factory or FMCG environment.
- Experience in an FDA-regulated environment is advantageous.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as FSSC22000, IFS, or BRC is a plus.
- Experience in inspections and quality control processes.
- Strong team and people management experience.
- Proficient in Thai and excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
