- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation for meetings and presentations i.e. offtake data from POS, PC tracking
- Deliver work and follow up on work within the specified timeframe: mainly POSMs, premiums, and trade activities
- Proceed on product samplings/ FOC request and monitor on delivery to be on agreed timeline
- Consolidate expense documents for reimbursement
- Coordinate closely with sales team and other related departments and distributors
- Support other trade marketing projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related fields
- 1-2 Years of trade marketing or administrative work experiences
- Good skills in using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
- Have focused, detailed, and disciplined approach to tasks
- Have a good personality, effective communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Thai and English
