Responsibilities:
- Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair
- Monitor electrical and hydraulic systems of facilities to ensure functionality
- Perform troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance to repair.
- Manage, improvement and training program to subordinate in utility machine and implement.
- Analysis & Developed all problem down time of utility machine.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrument, Control Automation Engineer or related fields.
- Minimum 10 years of experiences in Mechanical or Electrical maintenance engineer role as manager or management level
- Minimum 5 years of Engineering or Maintenance in Food Manufacturing
- Good Knowledge of Costing and Budget Management
- Good Knowledge of Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM)
- Problem-solving and Decision Making
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts, including electrical, hydraulic and mechanical systems, GMP/HACCP/FSSC 22000 or other standard
- Able to work at Company location and duty on Saturday
