Job Summary: Development and responsibility for all operational activity with P&L Budget includes 3PL operate site. Develop and Implement business for all area of warehouse and distribution business both operation and sale activity to success logistics department and meet the department budget. Responsible for managing deals with customers as well as all means of manpower and finances available.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic department plans to achieve logistics department budget targets.
Work with company management team to optimize warehousing and logistics operation.
Responsible for people and warehousing resources management to deliver effective and efficient operation services to customers.
Conduct monthly operational review meeting with internal and external customers.
Develop and lead team to complete General warehouse and Free zone warehouse activity, upskilling and on the job training.
Resolve logistics service failures directly with customers and operational team.
Ensure the delivery of logistics services meet customers' KPI.
Sub-contractor selection and control cost saving.
Check and approve payment and P&L of warehouse job activity.
Respond for safety rule and comply with Thai laws and regulation.
Perform other duties as assigned by CEO.

Oversee export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, food safety standards, and customs requirements.
Ensure all documentation, logistics, and quality assurance meet international market requirements.
Stay updated on global trade policies, tariffs, and certifications relevant to food exports.

Job Qualifications:

Male or female age 35-45 years old
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or related field
Work Experience minimum 10 year in logistics or relevant Industry
Strong knowledge of logistics
Well known in logistics industry.
Excellence in warehouse activity and market knowledge
Strong in Leadership skill.
Excellence in English and computer skill.
