Job description:
Report to Plant Operation and manage team external outsource around 30 persons (Material handler)
Manage and control all related of inventory till finished goods (FG) for support Logistics team.
Responsible for leading day-to-day personnel management of material handlers and shift leads. The role is accountable for all activities regarding packaging warehouse operations, packaging material quality, raw material receiving and coordinating inventory control for the Head Quater facility and internal warehouses.
Works with Site Leaderships, plant employees, and contractors to further implement Operating Discipline. Warehousing plays a significant role in order fulfillment. Warehouses are responsible for picking, packing, and shipping the products. With efficient inventory and order management systems in place, warehouses can minimize order processing time and ensure accurate and speedy delivery to end customers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree major in Business Management, Logistic or a related field preferred.
8+ years' experience in Warehouse Operations management from any field of manufacturing firm.
Time management skills and the ability to delegate with strong warehouse operation management.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software. Ability to operate enterprise system software (SAP program), Microsoft office software (word, excel, access, and outlook express) and office equipment.
Good command of written and spoken English.
Able to work in Nakhonsawan province.
