Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for numbers, compliance, and driving financial efficiency? We're looking for a Accounting Manager to join our team and take charge of all accounting operations in a dynamic project-based environment.

What You'll Do

Oversee all aspects of accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, project accounting, and financial reporting
Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with local GAAP and corporate policies
Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and project cost analysis
Monitor and manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts
Collaborate cross-functionally with project, procurement, and HR teams
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities
Ensure timely tax submissions and stay up to date with statutory regulations
Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team

What We're Looking For

Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting/finance, ideally within the construction or large-scale project industry
License: Valid CPD License (Thailand), with up-to-date hours; CPA is a strong plus
Languages: Good command of English; Mandarin Chinese is a bonus
Tech: Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
Skills: Strong leadership, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
