Accounting Manager

Are you an experienced accounting professional with a passion for numbers, compliance, and driving financial efficiency? We're looking for a Accounting Manager to join our team and take charge of all accounting operations in a dynamic project-based environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee all aspects of accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, project accounting, and financial reporting

• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring compliance with local GAAP and corporate policies

• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and project cost analysis

• Monitor and manage project budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts

• Collaborate cross-functionally with project, procurement, and HR teams

• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities

• Ensure timely tax submissions and stay up to date with statutory regulations

• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team

What We're Looking For

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in accounting/finance, ideally within the construction or large-scale project industry

• License: Valid CPD License (Thailand), with up-to-date hours; CPA is a strong plus

• Languages: Good command of English; Mandarin Chinese is a bonus

• Tech: Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

• Skills: Strong leadership, analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
