Admin Assistant Manager
Report to: Japanese MD
Location: Samutprakarn
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (5 working days)
Key Responsibilities / Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
Accounting tasks including bookkeeping, VAT management, PO/PR processing, P/L and BS preparation, invoicing, financial analysis, reporting, handling payments, collaborating with accounting agencies, managing audits, taxation, and banking operations.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Human Resources: Managing payroll, social security, income tax, recruitment, employee training, work calendar, and company regulations.
Import & Export: Handling invoices, coordinating with logistics companies and freight-forwarders, and dealing with customs.
Purchasing: Sourcing and evaluating suppliers, requesting price quotations, and comparing offers.
Other Key Tasks:
Managing licenses and certifications (e.g., BOI, Waste Management License, ISO, etc.).
Arranging visas and work permits for Japanese employees.
Performing any additional duties as assigned by the Japanese management.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience (experience in new setups is an advantage).
Intermediate to business-level English proficiency.
CPD license is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
