Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations related to BOI, Free zone and Customs.
Take care of BOI, Free Zone and Custom process for import material and machine used in production.
Reconciling and providing reports (financial/operation) to government BOI, Free Zone and Custom.
Make and prepare documents related to ensure compliance to BOI, Free Zone and Custom.
- Contact and visit Government officers when required and communicate regulatory updates to relevant departments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Logistic Mangement or related filed.
Experience in finance department, within subsidiaries of multinational groups, with close cooperation with logistic teams.
Knowledge of BOI, BOI portals and BOI laws
At least 5 years works experience in BOI / Import-Export.
Customs/ BOI systems, free zone regulations, inbound & outbound clearance processes and customs broker qualifications is preferred.
Good command in English.
