BOI Officer to Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations related to BOI, Free zone and Customs.
• Take care of BOI, Free Zone and Custom process for import material and machine used in production.
• Reconciling and providing reports (financial/operation) to government BOI, Free Zone and Custom.
• Make and prepare documents related to ensure compliance to BOI, Free Zone and Custom.
• - Contact and visit Government officers when required and communicate regulatory updates to relevant departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Logistic Mangement or related filed.
• Experience in finance department, within subsidiaries of multinational groups, with close cooperation with logistic teams.
• Knowledge of BOI, BOI portals and BOI laws
• At least 5 years works experience in BOI / Import-Export.
• Customs/ BOI systems, free zone regulations, inbound & outbound clearance processes and customs broker qualifications is preferred.
• Good command in English.
