Job Description:
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones in heavy lifting and transportation.
- Analyze customer requirements and identify potential solutions to address their needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry stakeholders, and business partners.
- Identify and secure contracts or partnerships to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients and suppliers to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the heavy lifting and transportation market.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote services and generate leads.
- Provide technical and logistical input for project proposals and execution plans.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of market development strategies.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or market development, preferably within the heavy lifting or transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of heavy lifting equipment, transportation logistics, and industry standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel to meet clients, attend events, and oversee projects as needed.
