Responsbility

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the facility to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Manage and maintain all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of contractors and vendors providing maintenance services.
Ensure compliance with all local regulations and health and safety standards.

Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
(A Master's degree in Facility Management or Business Administration is a plus)
In-depth understanding and experience managing cleanroom environments, ensuring compliance with strict cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
