Responsbility
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the facility to ensure it runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage and maintain all building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of contractors and vendors providing maintenance services.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and health and safety standards.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
- (A Master's degree in Facility Management or Business Administration is a plus)
- In-depth understanding and experience managing cleanroom environments, ensuring compliance with strict cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
