✨ What We're Looking For:

Experience: 7+ years in client success or a related field, including 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
Client-Centric Focus: A proven ability to improve NPS and drive client satisfaction, with a strong commitment to relationship-building.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ticketing systems like Jira, coupled with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Leadership Skills: Experienced in building and motivating high-performing teams, fostering accountability, and achieving ambitious goals.
Outstanding Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships.
