What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and Execute Client Success Strategies: Craft and lead strategies to help clients unlock the full potential of company's solutions while identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Enhance Customer Support & Retention: Lead the team to resolve client issues efficiently and build strong relationships that foster loyalty and trust.
  • Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key connector across teams, aligning efforts in Commercial, Marketing, Technology, and Customer Service to deliver seamless client experiences.
  • Empower Clients for Success: Deliver tailored support, training, and educational programs to ensure clients maximize the value of company's offerings.
  • Leverage Data for Continuous Improvement: Use insights like Net Promoter Score (NPS) and client feedback to refine strategies, improve processes, and address evolving client needs.
  • Inspire Team Excellence: Lead, mentor, and build a results-driven team dedicated to exceptional client success and embodying the "One Team" spirit.

✨ What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 7+ years in client success or a related field, including 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Client-Centric Focus: A proven ability to improve NPS and drive client satisfaction, with a strong commitment to relationship-building.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in ticketing systems like Jira, coupled with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Experienced in building and motivating high-performing teams, fostering accountability, and achieving ambitious goals.
  • Outstanding Communication: Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and client relationships.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering measurable results.
