Head of Sales (Restaurant Platform)
Our client is a renowned global leader in food applications.
Job Description:
- Oversee and manage all operations within Thailand, taking full responsibility for achieving profit, revenue, cash flow, and quality targets.
- Lead multiple aspects of the business, including moving services, global mobility, and records management, within the Corporate Relocations and International Removals Sector.
- Develop and agree on annual budgets, produce detailed annual business operating plans, and meet monthly, quarterly, or annual targets for revenue, profits, and cash flow.
- Generate business performance reports, prospects, and strategies to drive overall sales growth, presented on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Set team performance goals, monitor team achievements, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Recruit, manage, and develop staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring, and providing training as needed.
- Act as the primary client-facing representative, maintaining effective daily communication with clients. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; financial qualifications or training preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management or leadership position.
- Proven experience in the IT industry and familiarity with its trends.
Skills and Attributes:

- Strong emphasis on sales and acquisition, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning, including the ability to produce and analyze financial reports.

- Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and people-management skills at all levels.
- Knowledgeable in the company's sector, products, and services, with a comprehensive understanding of digital media, technology trends, and mobile applications.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and social media management tools; experience in SEM is a must.
