Head of Sales (Restaurant Platform)
Our client is a renowned global leader in food applications.

Job Description:

  • Oversee and manage all operations within Thailand, taking full responsibility for achieving profit, revenue, cash flow, and quality targets.
  • Lead multiple aspects of the business, including moving services, global mobility, and records management, within the Corporate Relocations and International Removals Sector.
  • Develop and agree on annual budgets, produce detailed annual business operating plans, and meet monthly, quarterly, or annual targets for revenue, profits, and cash flow.
  • Generate business performance reports, prospects, and strategies to drive overall sales growth, presented on a monthly or quarterly basis.
  • Set team performance goals, monitor team achievements, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Recruit, manage, and develop staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring, and providing training as needed.
  • Act as the primary client-facing representative, maintaining effective daily communication with clients. Strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Requirements:


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; financial qualifications or training preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management or leadership position.
  • Proven experience in the IT industry and familiarity with its trends.
