Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an effective human resource management system.
  • Establish an efficient recruitment system, standardize processes, and achieve recruitment objectives.
  • Manage the execution of the company's training programs.
  • Design and administer compensation and benefits policies.
  • Enhance company policies and regulations to foster a positive corporate culture.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in human resources, including more than 2 years in a managerial role, with knowledge of local resources in Thailand as well as relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Strong attention to detail, effective communication, coordination skills and excellent verbal expression.
  • Outgoing personality with high integrity, responsibility, meticulous work habits, proactive attitude and strong learning ability.
  • Language proficiency in English or Chinese.
  • Immediate availability to start work is preferred.
