Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an effective human resource management system.
Establish an efficient recruitment system, standardize processes, and achieve recruitment objectives.
Manage the execution of the company's training programs.
Design and administer compensation and benefits policies.
Enhance company policies and regulations to foster a positive corporate culture.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in human resources, including more than 2 years in a managerial role, with knowledge of local resources in Thailand as well as relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Strong attention to detail, effective communication, coordination skills and excellent verbal expression.
Outgoing personality with high integrity, responsibility, meticulous work habits, proactive attitude and strong learning ability.
Language proficiency in English or Chinese.
Immediate availability to start work is preferred.
