Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an effective human resource management system.
- Establish an efficient recruitment system, standardize processes, and achieve recruitment objectives.
- Manage the execution of the company's training programs.
- Design and administer compensation and benefits policies.
- Enhance company policies and regulations to foster a positive corporate culture.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources, including more than 2 years in a managerial role, with knowledge of local resources in Thailand as well as relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Strong attention to detail, effective communication, coordination skills and excellent verbal expression.
- Outgoing personality with high integrity, responsibility, meticulous work habits, proactive attitude and strong learning ability.
- Language proficiency in English or Chinese.
- Immediate availability to start work is preferred.
