Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Industrial and Organizational Psychology or related fields.
- 5 years of experience in HRBP, ER & Training,
- Has Internal Communication experience is a plus.
- Good command in English language (listening, speaking, reading, writing).
- Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong labor law skill and communication skill.
- Basic knowledge of GMP, HACCP.
- Must be available to work in both Samut Prakan and Chonburi
Responsibilities : Training 40%, ER 40%, IC 20%
Employees Relations
- Establishing and maintaining good relationships between the company and employees.
- Maintaining good relationships with employees and external communities.
- Creating and conducting various activities to motivate employees and enhance relations within the organization.
- Representing the employer in negotiations relating to initiatives and/or labor disputes.
- Preparing and implementing discipline guidelines and monitoring the disciplinary action process, and,
- ensuring compliance aligns with company regulations.
Activities & Communications
- Deploy communication strategy to implement effectively in the Company.
- Create new communication channel and material to ensure message has been delivered to target group on time, effectively and clearly.
- Set up measurement, analyze and propose to top management to leverage the Company's communication methods Lead.
- Initiate and manage employee relations activities.
People Development
- Supervise an effective development system in compliance with the Company strategy for staff within the area of accountability.
- Arrange and control training, assessment, and development of subordinates to implement for successful career progression in order to have in place an approved succession plan for all key positions.
- Provide an appropriate training program to improve work knowledge for staff within the area of accountability for more efficient service rendered to the Company.
Training
- Perform the training administration work.
- Contact internal and external concerned people to implement the training according to the plan.
- Analyze the training needs and training program, create, and conduct basic training program including orientation.
- Evaluate inhouse and public training course both result and expenses.
- Create and develop training SOP/system/regulation or procedure as appropriated.
- Prepare document required by government section and contact government officer concerned.
Organization Communication
- Initiates PR activities and media plan to promote company in team of Human Resources.
- Create, arrange and manager internal communication campaigns, corporate core value through various channels.
- Organize and implement corporate PR activities for both internal and external.
- Manage the use of internal communication tools such as e-newsletter, email, brooding casting, poster,
- TV broadcasting etc.
- Write and edit articles, messages, brochures, scripts, advertising, and others for PR purpose.
Workday : 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Worktime : 08.30-17.30
Range : 50K-60K (Base salary)
