Key responsibility

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the plant's goals.
  • Assist in designing the organizational structure and defining key roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop and implement a recruitment strategy to attract and hire skilled personnel for various positions within the plant.
  • Manage the entire hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Create HR policies and procedures tailored to the new plant environment.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards in all HR practices
  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract top talent.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure equity across the organization.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Laws, Political sciences or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 12 years of HR experience, with a focus on recruitment, Employee engagement, Compensation and Benefits and HR plant operations.
  • Experience in setting up HR functions in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance.
  • Good command in English
  • Can work 6 days working / Can work at Eastern area
