Position: International Marketing Manager
Level: Senior to Manager Level
Minimum Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, execution, and optimization of the international marketing strategy across various global markets.
- Manage and oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with brand goals and objectives across regions.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition in international markets.
- Work closely with international agencies to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns. (Advertising agencies are acceptable, though not the primary preference).
- Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
- Lead market research initiatives to identify trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes in key markets.
- Stay up-to-date with international marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
Key Markets:
- Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Africa, Australia, and the Middle East.
Additional Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms in international markets.
- Ability to adapt and create tailored marketing strategies for diverse cultural and regional audiences.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in marketing for global brands.
- Knowledge of international marketing regulations and compliance.
