Position: International Marketing Manager
Level: Senior to Manager Level
Minimum Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, execution, and optimization of the international marketing strategy across various global markets.
  • Manage and oversee marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with brand goals and objectives across regions.
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition in international markets.
  • Work closely with international agencies to plan, execute, and monitor campaigns. (Advertising agencies are acceptable, though not the primary preference).
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and digital marketing, to ensure cohesive execution of strategies.
  • Lead market research initiatives to identify trends, customer behaviors, and competitive landscapes in key markets.
  • Stay up-to-date with international marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Key Markets:

  • Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Africa, Australia, and the Middle East.

Additional Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms in international markets.
  • Ability to adapt and create tailored marketing strategies for diverse cultural and regional audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing for global brands.
  • Knowledge of international marketing regulations and compliance.
