Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the company's business applications to users.
  • Provide first and second-level support for all application-related issues, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving incidents.
  • Monitor application performance and take proactive measures to prevent disruptions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Maintain documentation of support processes, procedures, and system configurations.
  • Assist in testing and deploying application updates and enhancements.
  • Conduct user training sessions and create user guides/documentation as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Any other function as assigned by Director of Admin. or superior.

Qualification

  • Thai Nationality
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Information System, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • 1-3 years' experience on ERP system is required.
  • Knowledge ERP Microsoft Dynamic 365.
  • Knowledge Microsoft 365 Power plat form (Power App, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Knowledge of accounting and production processes.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good attitude with service-mind.
  • Good Communication skill.
