Responsibilities
- Provide support for the company's business applications to users.
- Provide first and second-level support for all application-related issues, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving incidents.
- Monitor application performance and take proactive measures to prevent disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain documentation of support processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Assist in testing and deploying application updates and enhancements.
- Conduct user training sessions and create user guides/documentation as needed.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Any other function as assigned by Director of Admin. or superior.
Qualification
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Information System, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 1-3 years' experience on ERP system is required.
- Knowledge ERP Microsoft Dynamic 365.
- Knowledge Microsoft 365 Power plat form (Power App, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Knowledge of accounting and production processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good attitude with service-mind.
- Good Communication skill.
