Work Location: Upcountry Based (Visit BKK Office for meeting at least 1 time per month)
- East & West Region (ภาคตะวันออก และ ภาคตะวันตก) 1 HC
- Northeastern Region (ภาคอีสาน บนและล่าง) 1 HC
- Southern Region (ภาคใต้ ชุมพรถึงสามจังหวัดชายแดน) 1 HC
Responsibilities
- Manage activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
- Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Works with marketing and other departments to constantly improve customer-facing communications and product information by sharing client feedback gained in the field.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Ability to work in upcountry regions, including East & West (Northeastern) or Southern regions.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly across assigned territories.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A valid driver's license and access to personal transportation for client visits.
