Responsibilities

  • Manage activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
  • Recommends changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Works with marketing and other departments to constantly improve customer-facing communications and product information by sharing client feedback gained in the field.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Ability to work in upcountry regions, including East & West (Northeastern) or Southern regions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly across assigned territories.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A valid driver's license and access to personal transportation for client visits.
