Job Description:
- Proactively approach customers to promote parts and accessories.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty issues effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of parts.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
- Quotation, Open PR, Fab. Parts, Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations as required by management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering field or any related field
- 2-3 years experienced in Sales
- Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.
- Will be required to work 6 days/week.
