Job Description:

  • Proactively approach customers to promote parts and accessories.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and warranty issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure availability of parts.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
  • Quotation, Open PR, Fab. Parts, Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare sales reports and presentations as required by management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market trends.


Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering field or any related field
  • 2-3 years experienced in Sales
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English.
  • Will be required to work 6 days/week.
